Our world doesn’t always teach us to listen to the powerful guidance we have inside, but identifying it, and TRUSTING it, and leaning into my creative flow has influenced my life in massive ways.

My intuition has become a big part of my work; I embody it most in the kitchen. I feel a connection with the plants and food I am working with, I feel a connection with myself, and with the vision of the final project. I feel internally guided as to what moves to make, what seasoning is missing, how to take a dish, or Graze Table up a notch, how to craft it for my taste, or for yours. It is brilliant and fun and fills my heart.

I use my intuition for you, too. When I write each menu, design a Graze Table or Board, chat about what foods you love, and what serves you, or when/how/why you eat. I get intuitive guidance about what style and feel are a reflection of you, and I use this information to elevate your event and leave your guests feeling impressed and celebrated.

When I am not working in Graze, you can find me by the ocean, foraging or sunbathing! I love to express myself through art as well as food, painting in acrylic, or playing with whatever medium I’m drawn to that day. I deeply value family time, and connection.
