MY BACKGROUND

I’m an intuitive chef who learned by doing. Motivated by my desire to create, and the joy of eating new things, I watched cooking shows religiously and practiced with whatever was in the pantry.

After getting my B.A. in Psychology, I sought out chefs willing to teach me without having any formal training, and I practiced and traveled and inhaled food experiences that would shape my style in the kitchen.

On the seacoast of New Hampshire I have cooked, learned and lead at Cava, Black Trumpet, Stages, Otis, and Laney & Lu.

At Graze, I channel my love of food, beauty and deep connection into custom food experiences that give hosts the opportunity to celebrate & elevate their guests’ experiences.
